The Department realizes training for the speciality of jurisprudence.
Term of education- 5 years for the day-time course (qualification “Lawyer”) and 5 years for the correspondence course (qualification “Bachelor of jurisprudence”).

Besides the noted subjects students master legal sistems such as “Codex”, “Consultant-Plus”, “Guarantor”, methods of search of juridical texts and standard acts, execution of legally literate documents.
Today's faculty of law is distinguished due to some of its features. First of all it is a purposeful two-way specialization: “Civil Law” and “Criminal Law”. In the framework of these specializations the students are delivered extraordinary courses such as: “Legal Regulation of Stock Markets”, “Commercial Law of Foreign Countries”, “Joint Enterprises”, “Legal Position of State Employees in Foreign Countries”, “Law of Insurance”, “Incorporeal Right” and so on. Our students also intensively study a course of Information systems on up-to-date computers.
It is the specific character of the faculty that defines the collection of the non-traditional studies, assisting the students in the creative perception and in the mastering of the information, in the forming of oratorical skills and in capability to defend their own opinions. Different business games are in practice, where students “become” judges, public prosecutors, advocates, plaintiffs, respondents and perceive the principles of competition of law proceeding.
Graduating students can apply the obtained knowledge in different state authorities and administrations, in legal services of establishments and firms, which realize internal and external-economic activity as well as in any field that requires knowledge of Law.
