For receiving the second higher education on specialities of Jurisprudence and Management the persons who graduated from any State Institution of Higher Education are admitted to the Institute.
The admission to the Institute is realised without entrance examinations and without age limitations.
The period of tuition is 3-3.5 years; the form of education is correspondence.

Those who want to take part in the decision-making of urgent economic and social problems and to orientate easily in the changing conditions of the modern society, the department offers to get the second higher education on specialisations of “Jurisprudence” and “Management” in addition to the first one.
Taking into consideration the intensive terms of the second qualification, the education is based on the use of the intensive teaching methods, computer equipment, active forms of teaching business games, training, the methods of brain storming, etc. for example, the lessons in Economy are conducted through the software system “Excel” and “Access”, in accounting – the software packages of “Predpriyatie (Undertaking)-1C 0.8”, Business Planning -"Project Expert"; “Bamby”, in the course of “management the business game “The Manager of Firm” is conducted through specially worked out software means.
